As a HR Manager, I designed all HR policies according to the mission, vision and values of the company. In the HR Development area, I designed and established all the department's tools, from the job description, to the evaluation by skills through interviews with managers/supervisors to establish training needs and a variable compensation plan. I also generated the welcome plan, staff handbook, expatriate and frequent traveler handbook, and the internal communications policies. In regards of the Collective Bargaining, Ledisson was working inside the metal sector collective agreement -quite restrictive for the company’s purposes. After a few years, I managed to get the approval for our own Collective Agreement, with instruments of wider flexibility on a daily bases, and creation of a bank overtime hours. I internalised the Employment Law area to improve conditions of relocated, in patriates, expatriates, and frequent travelers staff members. I took over the recruiting processes, payroll and communications with the National Social Insurance, as well as the ‘7p’ tax exception for personal income tax (Special Spanish Tax Law).
