We are positioned as Ebay and AirBnb in the boat rental industry.
We will provide leads, training, access to inventory and ability to earn top dollar with revolutionary global startup GetBoat.
om We are looking for candidates around the globe! Requirements.
· Must have 2 years of experience in a sales role in boat charters industry Responsibilities.
· Become a part of our sales team and work closely with a motivated staff that enjoys challenges, smashing huge revenue targets and providing an unparalleled level of service.
· You will present yacht charters to customers, attend to their questions and concerns, and negotiate the charter terms and prices.
· You will assist our clients by turning their boat holiday request into a bookings.
· Utilize GetBoat.
om exclusively for communicating with prospects and generating contracts.
· Build long-lasting relationships with our large base of clients from across the globe.
· Channel feedback from our clients back to the product team to influence the product development.
· Sorting prospects, following up with leads and converting them in to contracts in our CRM · You will be acting as an advisor to generated prospects that are looking to charter boats, providing guidance to encourage successful bookings.
· You will conduct the entire sales process from initial contact to closing · You will manage relationships with boat owners and operators in your designated area · You will be assisting clients and boat owners with bookings that occur in your region to help coordination of the logistics surrounding the rental.
· You will be recruiting yacht operators for charter on our website.
· You will be managing the yacht fleet, updating the listings.
Requirements.
· Must have 2 years of experience in a sales role in boat charters industry · Must love a good challenge, you are competitive and are motivated by targets and generating revenue.
· Must be client oriented and experienced in relationship building.
· Must have experience in prospecting and closing deals.
· You are self-confident, self-determined and extremely proactive.
· You are a great listener and have great communication skills.
· You are willing to work extra hours with a global team who will offer you 24/7 support.
· You are dedicated to making money by providing exceptional customer service.
· You enjoy working in a team.
