Futhermore, you will ha a close link with all you retail colleagues in Shop in shos and other colleagues within benelux, Europe and worldwide.
You will be responsible for all our shop in shop corners and you control the HUGO BOSS ECI Shop in Shop.
Futhermore, you will lead a team made up of five Area Manager ECI HUGO BOSS, with exceptional manager skills and executing operational strategies resilting in positive operations profits.
Based in Madrid.
Qué puedes esperar.
- Responsible for all Retail ECI POS in Spain 78 Shop-in-shops (corner ECIs).
- 35M€ Net Sales and approx.
- Drive profitable Retail Growth through productivity improvements and network expansion.
- Sets the standards of Next Level retail and ensures the number one priority of all sales associates is the customer and delivering superior customer experience.
- Leads a team of 5  Area Managers shop in shop (ECI) - Create and manage a team based environment with staff and continually evolve developing a positive atmosphere within the department.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Work closely together with Merchandise, VM &  Retail Operations teams in the market.
- Manages daily replenishment of back stocked product to the sales floor, as well as maintaining a clean and organized back stock room.
- Refine omni-channel strategies to continuously deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience that spans both online and stores.
- Develops, grows and maintains network of retail apparel relationships.
- Establishes & implements store procedures established by the company, ensuring all the necessary tasks are performed in a timely fashion.
Tu perfil.
- 10 years of specialty retail management experience.
- Estudios superiores orientados en el retail, master muy valorado.
- Experience running higher volume and overlooking multiple store locations (Experience in the Shop in Shop Spain channel is highly valued.
\"El Corte Inglés\") - Strategic vision (action plans & KPIS), ability to prioritize, emotional intelligence to deal with Junior Store Manager & Senior Area Manager.
- Experience overseeing and managing headcount of 200 employees ECI in Spain.
- Excellent organizational, analytical skills, time management and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of the retail shop-in-shop sector in Spain, focus on men's business.
- Full availability to travel in national and international territory (EU).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products.
- Strong consulting, negotiation, problem resolution, mediation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional English, very high level C1-C2.
