The Business Development Productivity Manager would create, and be positioned centrally within, a feedback cycle that aims to identify opportunities to improve BDR productivity and culture, and respond with programmatic solutions.
This role would operate with a high profiled and approachable persona within the Business Development community.
It would serve as a 'megaphone' to motivate BDRs around SPIFFS, communicate around social activities, and act as a 'buddy' for the BDRs.
What You'll Do.
â¢ Create and own a messaging library that is effective in BDR prospecting activities.
â¢ Audit and report on BDR engagement with messaging (and other enablement content) in order to identify what resources are successful, and where gaps exist (e.
demand for target industry/ campaign/ region) for new copy creation.
â¢ Partner with BDR Managers, Enablement, Marketing, and other GTM teams in order to identify and streamline best possible outcomes for collaboration.
â¢ Analyse Outreach on Sequences / Campaigns with highest response/open/click rates to deliver feedback to Enablement team on âwhatâs working, and whyâ¦âDeep dive into existing lead-conversion processes and data to pinpoint existing problems and implement incentivised solutions to maximise BDR productivity, and facilitate cross-organisation transparency.
â¢ Create a high performing and fun global business development culture by linking the global network of BDRs in a way that instils common purpose, inspires high performance, and provides a platform for BDR's career development.
â¢ Facilitate networking opportunities beyond the business development organisation to connect professional identities (e.
Remote Workers network/ Women in Sales/ Early Careers, onboarders/new hires).
