Report KPI's and results of team members on a weekly/monthly basis Coach Team members to reach their best performance Assist team with more complicated leads Assist in onboarding new members Back-up of project manager What’s in it for you? A native level of German and a C1 level of English Ideally previous experience in supervising Good Knowledge of B2B environments General understanding of IT Previous experience in Sales Identification of new sales opportuntgies Good self-organization Living in or willing to relocate to Barcelona for an international career and life experience Having a valid Spanish work permit (required) What should you expect from living in Barcelona?
