Our client is a multinational insurance company, a European leader in the home appliance insurance sector.
✅ As part of the Portugal sales team, your duties will be:
- Contacting clients from our database
- Offer the renewal of home appliance insurance and possibility to purchase of additional insurance.
- Inform about legal guarantees, consumption, and conditions.
- Management of the company's software for the management of the database and the client portfolio.

Requisitos del puesto
Requirements:
-you're fluent in Portuguese
- you're located in Madrid
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrable experience in call center telemarketing campaigns.
- Self-motivated & ability to deliver under pressure
- Team-player
- Organized and has a great eye for detail
