Functions.
Recording and processing trade executions cancellations and amendments.
Managing order capture, fees, taxes, block order management and order aggregation.
Matching trades with counterparties and generating confirmation and allocations identifying trade commission and fee details.
Drafting and dispatching trade documents to external parties.
Processing post-trade activities and reconciling income receipts, tax reclaims, and entitlements notified by custodian.
Submitting settlement instructions for confirmed trades and monitoring unconfirmed trades with custodians/administrators.
Handling trade exceptions and validating trade data accuracy.
Managing brokerage fees including obtaining and verifying consolidated data for accuracy before payment.
Enriching transaction data and maintaining instrument records specially for derivative products.
Capturing confirmed trade executions at lot, allocation, block and market level for settlement.
Handling derivative events and ensuring accurate representation in accounting systems.
Managing all aspects of derivative trades, including capturing, matching, and confirming transactions, ensuring accurate counterparties matching, and processing documentation for downstream use.
Cooperating with the Investment Controlling Team on various projects.
Requisitos.
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields.
Strong stakeholder management skills across the entire trade lifecycle value chain.
Front Office, Counterparties/brokers, Custodians, etc.
Positive and resilient person with ability to work with precision under pressure.
Language.
professional level of English, knowledge of German would be an asset.
At least 4 years of experience in a Middle Office position within the financial sector (Banks, insurance companies, capital or fund management firms, etc).
Experience in the trade support/processing function across multiple asset classes.
Expertise in trade execution and confirmation across various financial markets including equities, fixed income and derivatives.
Experience in managing derivatives, including effective communication and coordination with external counterparties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in trade execution and issue resolution.
Experience with Blackrock Aladdin, SAP TRM, preferred.
