We at OtoTrak, a Croatian company which developed the first cloud-based system for monitoring and remote control of PWCs in the world, have recognized the need to connect both organizers and enthusiasts of outdoor activities in one online marketplace. That's why we have created 365.tours.
This position at 365.tours will focus on expanding our presence in the Spain market, connecting customers with a wide range of outdoor activities such as, but not exclusive to renting jet skis, diving, boat excursions, boat rentals, quad/ATV safaris, kayak tours, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for new partners joining our platform, providing onboarding support and guidance throughout the setup process.
- Identify and prospect potential partners in the Spain market, fostering relationships and negotiating agreements to onboard them onto our platform.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors in the outdoor activities space in Spain.
- Provide exceptional customer support to users of our platform, assisting them with activity bookings, troubleshooting issues, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the onboarding process and overall customer experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our platform and its offerings to potential partners and customers.

Requisitos del puesto
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer support roles, preferably in the travel, tourism, or outdoor activities industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Passion for outdoor activities, adventure, and the tourism industry.
- Familiarity with the Spain market, including its outdoor activities and tourism landscape.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM systems, online collaboration tools, and other relevant software.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to travel occasionally within Spain for partner meetings or industry events.
