As Managing Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the next stages of our Company’s growth.With at least 7 years of experience in a top-tier consultancy or equivalent, you will have a successful track record in new business development, demonstrable industry expertise and the ability to take ownership for cutting-edge programme design and delivery.If you are an ambitious forward-thinker who can drive successful outcomes by leveraging the power of technological change, we invite you to apply.The RoleAs a Managing Consultant at BluSpecs, you will be responsible for:Identifying and refining a strategic vision and go-to-market plan for the deployment of accretive new solutions that transform the Company’s financial footprint.Taking the lead in designing new business propositions and knowledge-intensive proposals that deliver measurable value for the client as well as the Company.Engaging with key industry players and leveraging our membership of key associations and alliances to identify business opportunities and position BluSpecs as a go-to strategic partner.Building a new business pipeline and taking responsibility for the delivery of concrete revenue targets according to identified timelines.Ensuring high-quality delivery, leading by example and inspiring optimal team performance from ideation to completion.Requirements and qualificationsDemonstrable business acumen with the proven ability to identify opportunities and progress through the sales cycle to on-target revenue generation.Deep understanding of market competitiveness, new business models, and trends in industry practices.Instinctive client orientation with the ability to engage and credible interact with C-suite stakeholders at a global level.A well-developed international network that can be leveraged to generate new business prospects.Top-notch written and verbal presentation and the ability to convey our distinctive value proposition to senior-level audiences.Understanding of data analytics and the ability to manage colleagues and partners in the definition of methodologies and tools for new proposals and project delivery.A minimum of 7 years of consultancy experience, with a track record of winning new business and managing the delivery of business-critical projects.·A top university degree, preferably to Master’s level, in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.What we offer1| Intellectually stimulating environment with great clients and colleagues from across the globe2| Ability to grow a dedicated business line and the opportunity to make it to Partner in a kick-ass CompanyWe are committed to ensuring that our team works in a collaborative work environment that supports their personal and professional development.
