Are you a Big Data Engineer looking for a new challenge?

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for driving and executing data pipeline for the ODL ecosystem.
- Leads and coordinates data acquisition from both internal and external sources.
- Ensures that non-functional/support aspects of data classification and Data Sharing agreements (DSAs) and sign-offs are fulfilled.
- Closely collaborates with information architect and system leads of IT domains.
- Assures guidelines and best practices for data and metadata acquisition are in place and followed.
- Collaborates closely with internal and external partners.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Information Technology or equivalent education with IT focus.
- Proven practical experience in managing data ingestion projects in Hadoop environments using agile methodologies.
- Experience with Spark, Python and analytic products.
- Solid knowledge of data structures and experience with integration of data from multiple sources.
- Experience working in an Agile Environment using Test Driven Developments (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience working in a virtual, international and multicultural environment.
- Willingness and readiness to travel.
