Our powerful yet user-friendly software is accessible across web, mobile, and desktop platforms, catering to the needs of over 90 million users worldwide every month.About the RoleFor this position, we are looking for a motivated full-time Customer Success Specialist who will provide product information and ensure excellent service standards, while keeping our customers as happy as they can possibly be and empowering them to succeed.The day to day involves resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you will need to be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients' trust.What you will do:- Receive emails and manage corresponding tickets.- Guide and help our users worldwide. - Helping to verify local laws in the Brazilian market. - Analyze the reported problem and perform an initial level of investigation,- Assess the complexity of resolving the issue and escalate to the appropriate departments if necessary,- Follow up on tickets until the case is closed- Respond to reviews of our mobile and desktop applications on various platforms. What we’re looking for:- You are a Portuguese speaker with a professional level of English; other languages are a plus!- A strong interest and knowledge of CRM, customer databases.- Preferably with an IT background, you are very curious and interested in technology tools.- You're a team player with excellent communication skills, both with internal technical specialists and end users, as well as good listening and empathy skills.- You know how to maintain and communicate your composure when faced with technical issues that are sometimes complex to resolve.- You are patient, have good analytical skills and are able to work meticulously and systematically, always looking for the best solution to a given problem.- You can take the initiative when necessary and have a sense of responsibility.- Previous help desk experience in a technology environment is a plus.- EU citizen or a valid work permit to work in Spain.What we offer🧑‍💻 Full-time position, permanent contract.🔈A company culture built on trust, autonomy, and independence.
