Your Role
We’re looking for a passionate Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a vibrant and innovative team in beautiful Valencia. If you're a great communicator who loves helping people and thrives in a positive, fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Tasks
Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
Deliver outstanding communication through empathy, active listening, and personalized service.
Guide customers to the right solutions while ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving internal processes.
Collaborate with your team while also being comfortable working independently.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and help foster long-term customer loyalty.
Requirements
Experience
Native-level Dutch speaker (C2), with fluent English (minimum B2).
Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of empathy.
A team player who enjoys being part of a vibrant and supportive community.
Able to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM platforms.
