We’re seeking a Chat-Based Sales Advisor to join our expanding team and drive sales through real-time, engaging conversations. In this role, you’ll connect with customers via live chat—answering questions, offering personalized recommendations, and converting interest into action.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Engage in live chat conversations with new and existing customers.
Recommend products or services tailored to customer needs to drive conversions.
Provide clear, friendly, and professional responses to build rapport and close sales.
Confidently handle objections and follow up on warm leads.
Keep detailed and organized records of chats, sales, and customer interactions.
Align with brand tone and sales targets through collaboration with internal teams.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Familiarity with CRM or chat platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, or HubSpot.
Experience working with international clients or remote teams.
A proactive attitude with a sharp focus on customer satisfaction and sales results.

Requisitos del puesto
Excellent written English skills with a conversational yet professional tone.
Experience in chat-based sales, customer service, or support (BPO background is a plus).
Solid grasp of sales fundamentals, including lead nurturing and objection handling.
A dependable computer/laptop and a high-speed internet connection.
Strong multitasking skills—comfortable handling multiple chats and tools at once.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote environment.
