Buscamos un/a CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT para una empresa situada en Barcelona.
FUNCIONES:
- Asistencia al responsable de Departamento: Organización y apoyo en el seguimiento de información generado por los clientes y en los diferentes ámbitos en los que se desarrolla el negocio.
- Administración y documentación: Organización de la documentación asociada a los productos, protocolos de aplicación, presentaciones técnico-comerciales, material audiovisual y todo el material necesario para el desarrollo del negocio de exportación en el ámbito de la Bioseguridad Animal y el control de plagas urbanas.
- Atención y suporte: Apoyo a la estructura comercial y técnica del departamento.
- Planificación y organización de agendas y eventos
- Gestión de ferias internacionales
- Contacto con proveedores y clientes
- Contacto con departamentos de Importación y Exportación
- Acciones de marketing
