¿QUE OFRECEMOS?
* Contrato: 3 meses por ETT con opción de incorporación en empresa.
* Incorporación: Inmediata.
* Horario: Lunes a jueves de 09:00 a 18:00 h, viernes de 09:00 a 14:00 h.
* Salario: 20.000€ anuales / 11,32€ por hora.
FUNCIONES:
* Atención a clientes vía telefónica, email y chat sobre productos, pedidos, precios y disponibilidad.
* Gestión de pedidos, asegurando su correcta tramitación y seguimiento de envíos.
* Coordinación con equipos internos y socios logísticos para garantizar la entrega de pedidos.
* Resolución de incidencias, devoluciones y reclamaciones conforme a las políticas de la empresa.
* Asesoramiento técnico sobre productos zoosanitarios y su aplicación.
* Registro de interacciones y transacciones en el sistema CRM.
* Seguimiento a clientes para recopilar feedback y mejorar la experiencia del servicio.
* Colaboración con ventas, marketing y operaciones para optimizar procesos.
* Actualización constante sobre productos, tendencias y normativas del sector.
* Generación de informes y análisis de datos para identificar oportunidades de venta adicional.

* Experiencia en servicio al cliente en los sectores zoosanitario, veterinario o agrícola (valorable).
* Buen manejo de Excel.
* Conocimientos en software de servicio al cliente, CRM y Microsoft Office Suite.
* Habilidades de comunicación en inglés (otros idiomas son un plus).
* Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas en un entorno dinámico.
* Atención al detalle y precisión en la gestión de pedidos y documentación.
* Actitud positiva, trabajo en equipo y adaptación a nuevos procesos y tecnologías.
* Conocimientos en productos zoosanitarios, suministros veterinarios o agrícolas (valorable).
* Familiaridad con procesos de logística y distribución de productos (deseable).
