Es importante tener un nivel intermedio-alto de inglés y portugués para poder comunicarse eficazmente. También valoramos el conocimiento de herramientas CRM y la capacidad para gestionar la atención al cliente a través de diferentes canales.
El horario de trabajo es de 9:00 a 17:30 o de 10:00 a 19:00, con 30 minutos de descanso para el almuerzo. El contrato inicial es por un período de 6 meses.
