¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa? En dependencia de la Dirección Comercial, la persona seleccionada se encargará de.
• Gestionar la recepción de los pedidos, introducirlos en el sistema y tramitarlos con los clientes.
• Llevar un seguimiento y control de los pedidos de todos los clientes de la división.
• Coordinar con el cliente las entregas de los pedidos.
• Atender y resolver dudas de clientes, así como incidencias que puedan ocasionarse durante el proceso.
• Dar soporte al equipo comercial de la división.
