La persona seleccionada s'encarregarà d'oferir un servei d'atenció al client excel·lent, gestionant consultes, incidències i sol·licituds de manera eficient i empàtica, per tal de garantir la satisfacció i fidelització dels clients.
Amb dependència directa del Responsable del departament, les seves funcions seran.
- Proporcionar als usuaris informació i suport en relació als productes que pfereix l'empresa.
- Atenció al client amb clients finals i comercials.
- Atendre trucades, correus electrònics i xats dels clients de manera ràpida i cordial.
- Resoldre incidències, consultes i reclamacions seguint els protocols establerts.
- Gestionar devolucions, comandes, canvis i altres processos relacionats.
- Registrar i fer seguiment de cada cas mitjançant les eines CRM de l'empresa.
- Col·laborar amb altres departaments (logística, vendes, etc.) per resoldre consultes complexes.
- Proposar millores contínues basades en el feedback dels clients.
Es requereix.
- Persona amb un clar enfocament comercial i d'atenció al client, amb bones habilitats comunicatives i organitzatives.
- Perfil amable i pacient davant la pressió de clients.
- Persona amb iniciativa i motivada per proposar i implementar millores al departament.
- Coneixements avançat d'Excel i CRM (SAP).
