Tu seras en charge des missions suivantes.
Répondre aux questions des utilisateurs, à chaque étape de leur parcours, par téléphone, email ou live-chat de 10h à 18h, du lundi au vendredi.
Détecter, reproduire et remonter les bugs techniques à notre équipe IT.
Partager la Voix du Client au sein de l’entreprise en identifiant des axes d’amélioration.
Gérer la réputation online sur nos plateformes et nos réseaux sociaux.
Interagir avec nos différentes équipes de production (dev, design, produit, opérations).
Vérifier et optimiser des commandes clients.

Un stage de 4 à 6 mois avec un démarrage en Avril ou Mai .
Rémunération.
700 € bruts fixes par mois + 200 € bruts de prime variable par mois.
Des bureaux bien placés et agréables à Barcelone, Espagne (Calle Comte de Salvatierra, en plein centre, avec une jolie terrasse).
Une mission qui s’effectue en français, pour le marché français.
Un environnement de travail et une équipe résolument tournés vers l’amélioration continue.
e formation supérieure Bac+ 3 à Bac+5.
ne première expérience réussie en relation client B2B ou B2C, idéalement au sein d’un environnement start up / scale up.
u as un vrai goût pour la relation client et tu aimes résoudre les problèmes.
u as de très bonnes capacités d’expression écrite et orale en Français (orthographe irréprochable indispensable).
e Français est ta langue maternelle.
ourné(e) vers l’action et la satisfaction client, tu es positif(ve) et enthousiaste.
u sais être à l’écoute, tu es curieux(se) et tu apprends rapidement.
u possèdes une bonne culture web et des nouvelles technologies.
n goût pour l’univers du design et de la photo et/ou Photoshop peuvent constituer de vrais atouts supplémentaires pour ta candidature.
