 Management of the Bicester Village careers landing page and the dedicated online 
recruitment platform “CV-Online”.

 Definition of the portfolio of Training modules and the planning of the relevant roll out 
in line with the retail calendar of Bicester Village. 
 Set up of round tables with engaged store managers to analyse training needs and adapt

 Technical and training support to the Stores in Bicester Village concerning the “Coniq” 
customer tracking device. 
 Support in the coordination of the Mystery Shop programme.
