Major responsibilities: 
 Participation in the identification process employees training needs.
 Creation, development and management of global training programs for specific groups 
in coordination with different business lines.
 Development of training programs in collaboration with different Business Schools.
 Implementation of the Online Onboarding Program at a global level.
 Management of the LMS training platform.
 Planning of all transversal training at a global level.
 Improvement of the employee experience.

 Major responsibilities: 
 Carry out the relevant remuneration market analyzes (multisectoral and sectoral 
studies or by groups, benchmarkings, etc.) to update or elaborate remuneration 
bands.
 Collaborate when defining the salary policy of each of the countries, considering the 
available budget, the current situation and the desired positioning.
 Annually review of the variable remuneration scheme to ensure it is in line with the 
business objectives and its implementation at a global level.
 Support in the mangement of salary review and variable remuneration tools of the 
Group.

Brand Services is the department within Retail offering support to the brands present in the Village on 
Recruitment, Training and Performance Management. 
 Major responsibilities: 
 Organisation and follow-up of job fairs, interfacing with creative and logistics for set up 
and execution.
Steering of recruitment agencies on candidate sourcing and evaluation.
 Management of the Bicester Village careers landing page and the dedicated online 
recruitment platform “CV-Online”.
 Coordination of data capture on brand recruitment to identify bespoke needs for all 
brands present in the Village.
 Definition of the portfolio of Training modules and the planning of the relevant roll out 
in line with the retail calendar of Bicester Village. 
 Set up of round tables with engaged store managers to analyse training needs and adapt 
where necessary the existing content.
 Coordination and follow up of the Salary Survey 2016.
 Technical and training support to the Stores in Bicester Village concerning the “Coniq” 
customer tracking device. 
 Support in the coordination of the Mystery Shop programme.

HRBP Acciona Service S.L.: Working as HRBP at different companies within the Services Division at national and international level (Acciona Facility Service, Acciona Mobility, Acciona Energy 
Services and EROM).
 Major responsibilities:
 Participation in the Talent Management, Salary Review and Performance Evaluation 
processes.
 Participating in recruitment activities related to Graduates, interns and relations with 
Universities (Ambassadors).
 Employee management in terms of hiring, contract modifications, terminations, payroll 
incidents, etc.
 Analysis of staff costs according to the operation’s needs.
 Organizational structure management at the calibration level of job classification, 
organization charts, compensation, etc.
 Support in the implementation of HR tools and training of the operational and HR teams
at national level.
 Workday Technical Support for the different Human Resources processes and countries.
