Major responsibilities: Carry out the relevant remuneration market analyzes (multisectoral and sectoral studies or by groups, benchmarkings, etc.) to update or elaborate remuneration bands. Collaborate when defining the salary policy of each of the countries, considering the available budget, the current situation and the desired positioning. Annually review of the variable remuneration scheme to ensure it is in line with the business objectives and its implementation at a global level. Brand Services is the department within Retail offering support to the brands present in the Village on Recruitment, Training and Performance Management. Major responsibilities: Organisation and follow-up of job fairs, interfacing with creative and logistics for set up and execution. Steering of recruitment agencies on candidate sourcing and evaluation. Management of the Bicester Village careers landing page and the dedicated online recruitment platform “CV-Online”. Coordination of data capture on brand recruitment to identify bespoke needs for all brands present in the Village. Definition of the portfolio of Training modules and the planning of the relevant roll out in line with the retail calendar of Bicester Village. Set up of round tables with engaged store managers to analyse training needs and adapt where necessary the existing content. Coordination and follow up of the Salary Survey 2016. Technical and training support to the Stores in Bicester Village concerning the “Coniq” customer tracking device. Support in the coordination of the Mystery Shop programme.
