Event management ,Marketing, Researching and Contacting new
markets ,Documentation, Tracking data on all program activities, Assisting
bookkeeper with data collection and Account reconciliation, Recruitment,
Outreach, correspondence, communication with teachers, facilitators and
therapists for presenting their work at our organisation, Customer Relations,
Building and Infrastructure Supervision ,Quality control of the facilities and
equipment, checking on inventory ,Group coordination, Team Management,
Interfacing between various departments such as maintenance, kitchen, garden
etc. Having regular meetings with the departments for the smooth functioning of
the programs, Guest house operations, Occasional assistance to the Guest
house coordinator for orientation and registration of guests.

I did an internship for 15 days. I learned to make itineraries, learned how inbound leisure travel arranges accommodation, transportation, sightseeing and other services.
How Thomas Cook records their client’s data. Prepared itineraries, filled tourists related files. I went to ship movement for 2 days. There I learned how to receive foreign tourists, great them and assist them to their specific buses.
