·Take payments over the phone for credit card balances.
·Assist customers with online related inquiries.
·Explain interest rates/statements/benefits to customers that they receive with ·Be informed on over 20 credit cards that AMEX has to offer & their rewards. ·Work on five different computer systems to service customers.
·Work well under pressure and have good relationship with colleagues.
