We are looking for Customer Service Agents to join our client, a key player in the Telecommunications
sector.


Main Responsibilities


• Deliver excellent customer experiences in all interactions with internal and external
customers.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and ensures proper settlement by considering the
complexity, requirements and nature of an issue or complaint using judgment and correct
application of policies and procedures.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
and follow up to ensure resolution
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
• Analysis, achievement and monitoring of KPIS

Requisitos del puesto

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in Customer Support/Call Center (6 months at least
• Native level of Portuguese and fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Tech savvy skills to learn new software/applications quickly
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to approach problems logically
• Strong planning & Scheduling skills
• Organizing and planning time spend on specific activities
• Keyboard skills
• Knowledge of using MS Office apps, specific Word and Excel

• Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Sunday), from 10.00 to 20.00
