AERONAUTICAL/MECHANICAL ENGINEER - IN SERVICE TECHNICAL SUPPORT

You will find challenging projects, excellent professionals, and the chance to grow professionally and gain international experience.Aernnova strengthening its team of In Service Technical Support Engineer!Location: Vitoria-Gasteiz (Álava-Spain)WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOUThe ideal candidate will be comfortable providing Service Technical support for Aernnova programs to the customers (Manufacturer, Maintenance bases and Airlines), including AOG 24/7 support.Analyze the functional and structural performance of the damaged part in accordance with Airworthiness requirements applying structure analysis processes, methods and tools considering design principles, fail safe/damage tolerance philosophy, manufacturing and maintenance aspects.Design of structural repairs and modifications based on Standard Repair Manual (SRM /GSRP) for in-house and external repairs (for most of the components of the ACs, composite and metallic material), considering time, cost, performance, safety and quality, in accordance with the rules of the design principles and maintenance requirements.Create Repair stress substantiation and Non-Conformance Analysis Notes (Static and Fatigue and Damage Tolerance analyses), based on original stress certification reports for both composite and metallic structures, to justify repairs and major approvals as required in order to fulfill Airworthiness Directive.Support the repairs on the in-house MRO-Workshop, providing the mechanics with the required inputs. (Engineering, Process, Task cards, Materials Lists...).Provide support to MRB Engineering for Aernnova programs. Technical Engineering disposition for the deviations that have been produced during the new parts manufacturing.
