Within the Customer Success department you will.
Lead a team of technical support specialists, in charge of performing clients databases migration to our system & ad-hoc client requests Ensure the application of processes and escalation & documentation of technical issues to technical teams Identify room for improvements in those key processes For big clients, be the project manager in charge of delivering a best-in-class data migration Coordinate support specialists and customer success managers to ensure high quality of client onboarding Work closely with Customer Success managers & Migration developersYou will be a good fit to join us if you.
ave an engineering studies background - Master level preferableHave +2 years of experience with years of professional experience in the IT fieldAlready experienced team managementLed successful projects in your past experiences, and have project management skills Feel comfortable working with Excel / SQLBasic understanding of PythonKnowledge of Notion, Hubspot tools is a plusHave business proficiency in English (French is a plus)Enjoy taking initiative and achieving results Like to be challenged in a dynamic environmentCan work individually and have a strong team spiritAre organised, precise and demonstrate good communication skills (eg.
