You will be fully trained and certified in our clients market leading product, whilst also receiving paid-for certifications and training across Virtualisation and Storage.You will join a team of highly-skilled Engineers, who come from a variety of different backgrounds.You will provide enterprise technical support to our client's enterprise customers across the globe, remotely troubleshooting, diagnosing and debugging.Drive changes and improvements to our clients product by collaborating with the engineering team based on your customers feedback.Collaborate with technology partners (VMware, Citrix, Microsoft and RedHat)Improve the serviceability of the product by testing out new features and developing tools to scale their field deployments.What you’ve got…Complex troubleshooting runs through your veins!
