Please note that the role is a part-time remote position within Spain, and we are looking for candidates who are already based in Spain.
Responsibility.
To contribute individually and as part of the team, demonstrating quality and productivity that meets, or exceeds, the client's requirements To assist customers with solutions through information gathering, analytical troubleshooting, and investigation To deliver a high-quality, simple, unique and flexible customer experience Protecting confidential and sensitive information and materials Being punctual and present Tasks.
To handle cases via the client's tools and systems (currently by phone and email) To proactively contribute to the performance of the agreed service level Complete the training at the start of the position, as well as during employment To carry out all other tasks required for the performance of the client's contract Who are you.
You are already based in Spain with all the documents to be able to work in Spain You are looking for a part-time position You can work morning or evening shifts as well as every other weekend Fluency in English and Swedish Strong interpersonal skills Previous experience from customer service is an advantage Well-developed communication and social skills Good at organizing Quality in focus Analytical ability, as well as liking problem solving, is goal- and service-oriented Understanding and wanting to contribute to the team's performance Flexible, innovative, and adaptable to a wide variety of tasks and areas Ability to work effectively against specific projects and deadlines Attention to detail A team player Developed time management skills What are you offered?
