The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise B2B sales,generating his own pipeline and selling Startup solutions, with a particular focus on thebanking, insurance, or government sectors. As we continue expanding our presence in Spainand beyond, we need a passionate individual who can cultivate new business, build long-termrelationships with international clients, and drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Stratio’sAI and DF solutions across the Spanish market, targeting large-scale B2B enterpriseclients in the BFSI sector. Pipeline generation: Capacity to generate and qualify pipeline from scratch using thetools provided by the company and his own network. Follow that pipeline through thedifferent MEDDIC stages and into the closing. Once closed, continue working withthe account to upsell and cross sell in the upcoming years. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with keydecision-makers, including C-suite executives, at large organizations in banking,insurance, and government sectors. Business Development: Actively prospect and engage with potential clients in theenterprise segment, leveraging industry knowledge and networks to establish Stratioas a preferred technology partner. Contract Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations, managing all stagesof the sales process with an ability to close high-value deals, ensuring customersatisfaction and long-term partnership success. Market Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of the banking, insurance, andgovernment sectors to tailor the sales pitch and demonstrate Stratio's solutions as theoptimal fit for the client's needs. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customersuccess teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and alignment with productofferings. Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, track performancemetrics, and report on sales activities, opportunities, and results to seniormanagement. International Expansion: Contribute to Stratio's global strategy by leveraging cross-border experience, working with international teams and clients to expand Stratio’sfootprint in new markets.Key Requirements: Experience:o 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record in enterprisesales, ideally within the banking, insurance, or government sectors.o Proven success in selling AI/DF solutions or other advanced technologyproducts to large organizations.o In-depth knowledge of the Spanish market, including business culture,regulatory environment, and key industry players.o Experience managing and nurturing international client relationships, with aparticular focus on Spain and other key European markets. Skills & Qualifications:o Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, including lead generation,qualification, contract negotiation, and closing.o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engagestakeholders at all levels of an organization.o Proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential.o Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.o Experience managing or mentoring a sales team is a plus.o Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into businessbenefits for clients. Desirable:o Familiarity with the regulatory and technological challenges faced by financialinstitutions and government agencies in Spain.o Previous experience with AI, big data, or machine learning technologies.What We Offer: A dynamic and innovative work environment with a collaborative team culture. Opportunities for growth and career advancement within a fast-growing company. Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives and bonuses. Flexible working hours and remote work options. The chance to be part of an industry-leading company in AI and machine learning.How to Apply:If you're a seasoned sales professional with experience in enterprise B2B sales, particularly inthe banking, insurance, or government sectors, and are passionate about transformingorganizations with AI technology, we'd love to hear from you.
