SEM/PPC SPECIALIST (ASIAN MARKET)

We are looking for a exceptional SEM Specialist, with at least 2 years' experience, who has strong analytical skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be someone who speaks fluent English and Spanish. Our mission is to empower clients and employees to achieve its goals in the online business world.Since 2007, we have been fostering innovative and creative techniques across a multitude of industries, making us pioneers in online project management.Leadtech is dedicated to constant improvement, as well as inspiring new ideas and methods daily, for both the world in which we live and the future to come.If you have a creative and innovative mind, Leadtech is looking for you!Main TasksSearch and Display Network:Create, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms for the Asian market: Yahoo Japan, Baidu, Naver mainly.Develop comprehensive PPC strategies to achieve business goals and increase ROI.A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements for continuous improvement.Keyword research and search queries analysisManage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creatives.Develop new seasonal/promotional offers and optimize landing pages, generating text ads, keywords and bids Keep up to date with paid search best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools and industry researchCreating briefings for creative and cooperating with designDefine, implement and manage retargeting/remarketing strategiesReporting and analysis on different performance metrics. RequirementsWhat will make you stand out from the crowdIn-depth knowledge of PPC platforms for the Asian market, especially Yahoo JapanKnowledge of Baidu y Naver media platform is a plus.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in PPC advertising.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
