SAP SUPPORT ANALYST

Por qué te necesitamos? SAP Support Analyst Here at Saint Gobain Digital we are looking for several SAP Support Analysts to join our Digital & IT team in East Leake, Loughborough.
These are permanent roles working hrs per week Monday to Friday.
We have a hybrid working policy.
The purpose of the role is to provide specialist system support to customers using SAP/ERP applications, giving advice, system guidance, support services, proactive/reactive maintenance, and fault resolution.
The SAP Support Analyst will also work in a Business Analyst capacity to translate customer/business needs into technical requirements and manage the delivery of developments through change enablement and project management processes.
What will I be doing.
Act as one of four SAP Subject Matter Experts for the UK Digital & IT team on delivery of technical and business process changes impacting live SAP systems.
Follow agreed change management processes to oversee the scoping and implementation of new or changed services, ensuring that changes are communicated in advance of their planned implementation date.
Perform proactive monitoring for supported systems, investigating anomalies in order to identify any potential issues and minimise any disruption to the business, customers and suppliers.
Review and approve documentation that is produced for new and upgraded systems covering the design, development, testing implementation and post-live support phases.
Own and resolve SAP specific issues and incidents within defined resolution SLAs, ensuring that effective communication with customers and suppliers is maintained throughout and business impact is understood and minimised.
What do I need to be successful.
Specialist SAP system knowledge across key modules of Supply Chain Management, Scheduling Maintenance & Management, Finance Streams, and SAP Production planning Demonstrable experience of supporting and working with enterprise SAP systems across key modules A working knowledge and understanding of application architecture and system interfacing principles.
ITIL Foundation qualified or a demonstrable experience of the ITIL Service lifecycle.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Business Analyst, or consultative skills, experience, working with customers to translate commercial and customer needs into technical requirements.
