We are Aldia Group, a high-impact IT consultancy firm working with high profile clients.
We are looking for a QA Analyst to perform the following functions:
Requisitos del puesto
- Participate in the Quality Assurance team in order to identify, analyse and evaluate issues around the installation process
- Preparation of monitoring reports. Design and execution of related action plans
- Identify best practices and development guides. Lean processes for superior performance.
- Experience with methodologies for managing incidents, changes, performance measurement and project management.
- Perform organizational coaching to do right first and to walk the talk.
Master/ B.A in Industrial Engineer or Telecommunications.
• Experience in maintenance of management systems and risk management.
• Fluent level of English as you will work in an international environment and project.
• Approximately 5 years working in quality role.
• Available to travel.
• Strong problem-solving skills. High drive and delivery level.
• Good interpersonal, relationship-building skills and positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented.
•Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
•Able to be flexible and determine changing priorities.
•High-class communication and leadership skills.
