SALES SUPPORT (ENGLISH-SPEAKING) - ON-SITE

We are looking for an English-speaking Sales Support (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

What you will do in this role As Sales Support on our team, you will.
- Track the funnel, follow-up on opportunities, understand status of opportunities, win/loss analysis - Provide configuration and quote to sales - Prepare customer contracts for signature using standard template - Follow-up customer signature working with sales team and resellers and contract archive - Price setup in the systems - Engage with different teams until order is finalized and hand over to other teams for setup - Support sales representatives and resellers in understanding the offer and resolve customer questions - Understand customer insights and pass them to the business team - Provide process improvement according resellers' needs Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you.
- Are proficient or bilingual in English, Spanish or German would be a plus! - Have consumer service and sales experience - Have quote to cash knowledge - Have good communication skills - Are experienced in MS Office - Are multi-tasking and flexible If you feel you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply anyway.
