Descripción Prospecting and Lead Generation Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and inbound/outbound strategies in collaboration with the Business Development team.
Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process and the alignment with Teknics strategy.
Client Needs Assessment Conduct regular discovery meetings to understand the technical and operational requirements of each client.
Translate client needs into tailored machinery solutions and technologies in collaboration with the Sales Engineer and R&D teams.
Product Demonstrations and Presentations Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and live or virtual demonstrations.
Highlight the technical advantages and ROI of the proposed machinery solutions and technologies.
Proposal Development and Quotation Management Prepare detailed commercial offers, including technical specifications, pricing, and delivery terms.
Ensure proposals are aligned with both client expectations and internal capabilities by doing a concept FMEA and risk analysis on the proposed solution.
Sales Negotiation and Deal Closing Support the negotiation of terms and conditions, working closely with the Sales Manager.
Follow up with clients to address objections and finalize agreements.
CRM and Sales Reporting Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports and forecasts to the sales leadership team.
Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with project managers, business development, KAM and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Provide feedback from the market to help improve product offerings and customer experience.
Customer Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing support and identifying upselling opportunities, together with KAM when applicable.
Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
Share insights with the team to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with project managers, business development, KAM and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Provide feedback from the market to help improve product offerings and customer experience.
Customer Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing support and identifying upselling opportunities, together with KAM when applicable.
Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
Share insights with the team to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
Event Participation and Brand Representation Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client site visits.
Promote the brand and generate new leads through professional networking.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? · Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
· 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial machinery or technical products.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex machinery solutions.
· Proficiency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
· Willingness to travel.
