upport the local Teams in the Countries in their process analysis and optimization, support a market place for best practice sharing and co-operation activities between the countries and closely incorporate with other HQ Areas (e.

Risk, Compliance, Legal) for E2E process optimization and simplificationSupporting the set up of central solutions for Operations used common tools and ServicesDrive the processes design into the IT change lifecycle, ensuring the processes design principles implementation.
