¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? - Postventa - Gestión de incidencias postventa, quejas y reclamaciones.
- Análisis de la calidad de servicios.
- Atención al cliente ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? -Nivel de portugués nativo o bilingüe.
- Nivel de español bilingüe.
- Nivel alto de inglés (mínimo B2) - Experiencia en el área de atención al cliente.
¿Cuáles son tus beneficios? - Contrato indefinido, 35h a la semana.
- Salario entre 19k y 21k, según candidato y experiencia.
- Bonus anual.
- Horario de tarde, de 15h a 22h.
Se trabaja de Lunes a Domingo, solo dos fin de semana al mes (se puede teletrabajar en fin de semana).
- Incorporación 22 de Mayo.
- Trabajo presencial en sus oficinas ubicadas en Sol.
- 23 días de vacaciones, ¡Y el día de tu cumpleaños libre! - Formación continua.
