Jul Objetivo del Puesto Gestionar de forma autónoma y precisa el proceso completo de nómina para empleados en España y Portugal, asegurando el cumplimiento legal y la correcta aplicación de políticas internas.
Colaborar con equipos internos y proveedores externos para garantizar la calidad y puntualidad en los pagos, así como en la gestión de seguros sociales e impuestos.
Responsabilidades Principales Ejecutar el ciclo completo de nómina mensual.
recopilación de variables, cálculo, validación y cierre.
Gestionar seguros sociales (Sistema RED) e impuestos mensuales (modelo , etc.).
Realizar altas, bajas y modificaciones en la Seguridad Social.
Resolver incidencias con empleados.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral y fiscal vigente.
Generar informes y reportes periódicos para el área financiera y de RRHH.
Participar en auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con nómina.
Colaborar en proyectos de mejora continua y capitalización del proceso.
Requisitos Imprescindibles.
Experiencia demostrable en cálculo de nómina y gestión de seguros sociales e impuestos en España.
Dominio de la herramienta Meta4 - Cegid.
Conocimiento práctico del proceso completo de nómina.
Deseables.
Conocimiento de Workday como sistema de gestión de personas.
Experiencia en reportes de Seguridad Social (altas, bajas, variaciones).
Inglés nivel intermedio.
