The project!
As an Order to Deliver Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end sales order process — from entry into the WMS system to final delivery to the customer — ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain flow.
What will the role entail?
• Responsible for managing export documentation for EXW and DDP deliveries, including DAE, DUA, EUR1, and Certificates of Origin, while ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations.
• Oversee customs clearance processes at destination (including TT countries, UK, USA, Switzerland, and Mexico), ensuring timely and efficient entry.
• Coordinate shipment details with freight forwarders and carriers, tailoring logistics solutions to meet specific customer requirements.

Requirements
• Degree in International Trade or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience with SAP is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
