ABOUT LIVOLivo was born with the mission of improving healthcare worldwide through the development of technological tools, and that has always been our main focus. Currently, we operate in Spain, with presence in Barcelona and Madrid, through our mobile app for nursing shifts, Livo! Livo app arises with the purpose of supporting healthcare institutions in their nursing staff needs. Through it, we connect healthcare facilities with healthcare professionals (nurses), adding to the current market more transparency, flexibility, and convenience for both facilities and nurses.We are in search of an Operations Support Agent, this role is ideal for someone passionate about healthtech, eager to join a very ambitious team focused on improving the healthcare landscape.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES This position involves daily contact and follow-up with professionals and the associated facilities using Livo. Among the many tasks you will carry out, the most important ones are:Customer Contact Resolution: You will need to demonstrate problem-solving ability when receiving requests from facilities and professionals through different channels: live chat , email,and calls. The ideal candidate is someone empathetic, diligent, and professional in situations that may be of utmost urgency.Process Implementation: Ensuring, tracking and following internally established procedures and playbooks to ensure maximum quality of service.Analytical Skills: The candidate needs to be capable to identify possible improvements in the existing procedures as well as the creation of new flows to automate current functions.Completion rate: Ensuring the optimal experience of nursing shifts, from the nurse request of the shift to the payment.Documentation compilation: Support in document collection, ensuring that all documents shared by professionals are valid meeting the standards required by our associated facilities.Customer Service: You will provide support to users by answering queries, addressing issues, and ensuring an exceptional user experience.Collaboration: You will work within operations and collaborate closely with , product, and account management teams to achieve established objectives.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORWe are looking for someone seeking an opportunity to join a healthtech startup in a customer support role.
