Collect and transfer customer's and sales information, KPIs and feedback to raise company's knowledge and understanding of their customer base.
And raise customer's satisfaction and experience.
Act as a liaison between eCommerce backend and warehouse.
OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS Supervise daily logistics and warehousing and shipping operations ensuring accurate and on-time order fulfillment to our customers and partners.
Inbound merchandise / merchandise receiving Outbound merchandise movement (B2B and B2C) Spanish and English language skill is a must both written and spoken, French is a plus.
Proactive, independent, responsible and self-motivated.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
Flexible and able to prioritize multiple initiatives/tasks with a strict focus on deadlines; strong sense of urgency.
Strong technical and analytical experience.
Understanding of luxury fashion.
Excellent organizational skills and time management.
Possess a customer-centric mindset.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
