You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support service to Italian speaking clients.
You will be the first point of contact for customers and will handle a variety of tasks, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support.
What you will be doing.
Management of incoming calls and email Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Requirements.
Fluency in Italian (must be C1+) Communicative level of English language (B2+) You live in Greece or you are ready to relocate to Greece Ability to communicate clearly and effectively What we offer.
Base salary.
€ gross per month 14 salaries per year (as per Greek law) Monthly Bonus of up to 100€ gross per month Full time (40h/week), fixed-term Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law Holidays (weekends) are paid higher (according to the Greek law) Benefits.
