Job Description:in search of a proactive and adaptable leader to spearhead culture change and restructuring within our global tech support team. As the International Tech Support Leader, you'll guide a diverse team spread across regions, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity, while swiftly addressing legacy teams and siloed behavior.Responsibilities:Lead and energize our tech support specialists dispersed across regions, ensuring alignment with our core values and objectives.Develop and execute strategies to cultivate a more inclusive, collaborative, and customer-focused environment, prioritizing agility and adaptability to overcome legacy teams and siloed behavior.Evaluate current processes and workflows, swiftly identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary restructuring to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, with a focus on rapid implementation.Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, such as product development, engineering, and customer success, fostering communication and alignment of support initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Establish and track performance metrics and KPIs to gauge the success of culture change efforts and restructuring initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to senior management with a mindset of continuous improvement and quick adjustments.Provide mentorship, coaching, and opportunities for professional growth to team members, encouraging a quick learner and do-it-quick mindset to adapt to new challenges and break down legacy structures.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in tech support and customer service, integrating innovative approaches into our support operations while rapidly shifting mindsets and behaviors away from legacy practices.Advocate for customer satisfaction, championing the needs of our users and driving ongoing enhancements in our support services, with a focus on speed and agility in problem-solving. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, management, computer science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.Demonstrated leadership experience in tech support or customer service, with a focus on driving rapid culture change and restructuring initiatives.Strong grasp of international business practices and cultural dynamics, coupled with experience leading diverse teams across multiple regions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for motivating teams at all levels of the organization.Strategic thinker with a penchant for data-driven decision-making and quick problem-solving.Experience with support tools and systems (e.g., CRM, ticketing systems) is advantageous.Passion for technology and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences with speed and agility.If you're ready to lead a transformative journey within our tech support organization, we invite you to apply and join our dynamic team.
