We are looking for German-speaking Inside Sales Representative (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

- Contact prospect clients by phone and email and build relationships with them by promoting healthcare product solutions and services at corresponding country market - Negotiate product and project pricing with B2B prospects among hospital, medical center, and midwife customer segment - Handle objections and pass through them to generate sales opportunities - Manage and report on your sales pipeline in CRM where you owe the full sales cycle from qualification till purchase confirmation - Achieve project KPIs and sales quota on monthly and quarterly bases We'll be a great match if you.
- Are proficient or bilingual in German plus advanced English - Are a proactive hunter, who is not afraid to pick up the phone, make a high volume of calls, and speak with clients to close deals - Are highly energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of driving yourself to your targets - Have initiative and a "get it done" mind set - Have a strong sales-oriented mindset and desirably previous experience in sales environment We are dedicated to creating a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace where everyone can learn and develop themselves professionally.
