Your Journey So Far To excel in this role, you should bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for hospitality and your background needs to include.

Proven previous experience.
A minimum of two years in a similar role within the cruise industry or a high-end hotel setting.
2.
Multilingual Proficiency.
Fluent English and proficiency in at least two other European languages 3.
Soft Skills Mastery.
Strong communication, active listening, and conflict resolution skills with a natural ability to empathize and adapt to diverse situations.

Service-Oriented Mindset.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring every guest feels heard and supported.

Previous experience in a similar role aboard a cruise line or within a luxury hotel setting.

Proficiency in English and fluency in at least two additional language to effectively serve our international guests 3.
