Full training will be provided to successful candidates.
Responsibilities.
Provide comprehensive support to our clients throughout their Zahoree Customer Experience journey.
Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers across various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat.
Analyze customer inquiries and issues promptly, develop solutions, and effectively implement them.
Maintain professionalism and patience while addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
Utilize computer systems and software efficiently to manage customer interactions and support tasks.
Requirements.
Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service or support is preferred.
Fluent in Norwegian/German, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Must have a good understanding of English, as it is the internal company language.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and flexible under pressure.
Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with relevant software applications.
Key Performance Indicators.
Customer satisfaction (CSAT Score).
Productivity metrics such as calls handled per hour or chat sessions completed.
Average Call Abandonment Rate.
