Consultant / Senior Consultant Requirements.
Minimum studies.
University Degree Recruitment Experience at least 1 year for consultants, 3 years for senior consultants.
Organized, proactive, results-oriented person who wants to focus their professional career in the world of Human Resources consulting.
Good level of English is a must.
Target and results orientation.
Very good communications and people skills.
Main functions Business development, clients and candidates contact.
Direct search for candidates Publication of offers on the main job portals/ Curriculum screening.
Telephone, telematic and face-to-face interviews and client meetings.
Negotiate with Clients our service contract and conduct the process.
Presentation and defense of candidacies with the client to arrange interviews.
Negotiate with Candidates potential offers and help them to make the right professional move.
