In your day-to-day:
- You'll provide assistance via phone/mail/email/chat from customer simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business
- You'll guide the customers through the webshop
- You'll be ensuring that the data received from the customer is accurately and timely maintained
- You'll be transferring queries to the corresponding department is part of your role
Requisitos del puesto
You're the person we're looking for if:
- You have an University level degree or similar
- You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, commercial or related roles (will be valued at previous experience in Shared Services Centre)
- You have a fluent level of English
- You're proficient in relevant computer applications, such as MS Office
- You have a good excel knowledge
- You have experience in SAP (SD module, preferably)
- You have strong communication skills, written, and spoken
- You're a team player
- You're proactive, determined and have strong interpersonal skills
- You're able to adapt fast
