Training is focused on the support needs required.Your Role (once you have been trained):IT Application Support Specialist - Level 2 and/or Level 3 in SAP BITransport ManagementCustomizations and service request tasks. For example: prioritizing, analysing, documenting, and processing incoming requests or errors tickets.Managing incidentsEscalation ManagementEnd User SupportEnd User TrainingOSS TicketsReporting, supporting projects and Testing activitiesAdvising departments on the topic of key performance indicatorsCreating and managing reports and dashboardsManagement and quality assurance of the existing reporting systemOptimize the management of operational units through clear and comprehensible solutionsRemote Working:The company has a hybrid working model:60% remote work per month!You will have the freedom to choose which days you want to work in the office and which days to work remotely.There is no set schedule and you have complete freedom to pick and choose your own working schedule to an extent. There will be some days when a team meeting is scheduled and you must attend the office on the specified day.You must work in Spain.
