Your Role Were hiring Customer Service Agents for a brand-new project with a leader in the online payment industry.
As part of the team youll help Dutch entrepreneurs (from small businesses to big names) by phone with their payment terminals (pin machines) both technical and general support.
What Were Looking For Native Dutch speaker Good English (at least B2) Tech-savvy Comfortable using multiple systems Willing to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends) You follow procedures especially with sensitive data Nice to have.
