Handle inbound customer service activities, including calls and ticket (email) handling.
Address inquiries related to general information, procedural questions, platform issues, user access, and PC configuration.
Execute outbound customer service activities, such as making callbacks to address questions and provide solutions.
Send reminder and status update emails to ensure timely communication and resolution.
Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout all interactions.
Collaborate with team members to efficiently resolve customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Stay informed about the latest updates and features on digital platforms to better assist customers.
Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience.
Profile Fluent in Dutch and French Working proficiency in English Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.
Preferably to have an affinity with law/ magistracy.
