Job Role Related Content (Role specific) Job Responsibilities.
Ready work on production support service having rotational shifts in 24X7 environment.
Siebel CRM Application experience in Support, Maintenance, Deployment.
Should have work experience in Support and Maintenance projects Siebel application.
Own and ensure maximum uptime and availability of Production Environments.
Should be experienced in E2E Siebel Environments.
Should have experience handling Siebel’s order related issues.
Should be experienced in E2E CRM and Order management activities Should have experience in middleware embedded or external Should be experienced in integration between Siebel and external systems such as EAI.
Technical operational experial in AMDOCS CRM will be added advantage.
Coordinating with offshore / onshore for technical delivery.
Experience in Siebel Server Installation/Configurations, Gateway Installation.
Knowledge of Unix Shell scripting for monitoring of Siebel Enterprises and on housekeeping scripts.
Should have supported technically on deployment and Releases.
Preferable experience in Telecom domain involves configuring and managing the production application & production servers, monitoring and scripting for automations.
Should have Sound knowledge and exposure of Order journeys in LOB(Line of Business), incident management, problem management, change management, release management, continuous service improvement.
Should have sound knowledge of SQL, Oracle PL/SQL and Unix/shell.
Should have good understanding of ITIL execution methodology, use of best practices in support and monitoring activities.
Should have good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in both small and large teams.
